Refund Policy

Custom Print-on-Demand Products All our products are custom-made to order. Under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are clearly personalised or made to the consumer's specifications. As all Devoted to Mary products are printed on demand specifically for each order, they are exempt from the standard EU right of withdrawal. We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a replacement or full refund. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number.

Wrong Address If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Lost Orders If your order is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the carrier. If the order is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

EU & UK Consumer Rights Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. EU consumers retain the right to rely on mandatory consumer protections applicable in their country of residence, regardless of the governing law of these terms.
